North Somerset Local Plan – Additional sites consultation

North Somerset Council needs to identify additional sites for major housing development if it is to meet the government’s new house building targets.

A consultation has begun where Town and Parish Councils, along with ALL RESIDENTS of North Somerset can submit their views about these additional sites.

There are a number of pieces of land in Clevedon being considered to major housing development.  Full details of the sites can be found in the consultation document, and are shown in the attached map.
