Reason: Underground service work by Openreach

North Somerset Council has announced a temporary road closure on part of Strode Road, Clevedon, to allow Openreach to carry out essential underground service works safely.

🚫 The closure will be in place for approximately 6 hours during the day.

✅ Access will still be maintained for:

  • Emergency services

  • Properties with no alternative access

  • Authorised works vehicles

🚧 The closure is part of an order that allows flexibility for up to 18 months but is only expected to be active on the day of the works.
