Tennis Court Use – Terms and Conditions (Free of Charge)
1. Bookings
- Courts to be booked through our online system, by phone, or in person at Clevedon Town Council Offices.
- All bookings are free of charge, but must be made by a responsible adult (18+).
- Bookings are for a maximum of one hour per session.
2. Access Code
- Upon booking, you will receive a unique access code for the gate.
- This code is strictly for your personal use and must not be shared with others.
- Sharing your code may result in cancellation of your booking and suspension of future access.
3. Cancellations
- If you no longer need your booking, please cancel it as early as possible so others may use the court.
- Repeated no-shows may result in suspension of booking privileges.
4. Court Use
- Courts are for recreational tennis only. Coaching, events, or commercial use is not allowed without prior written permission.
- Please arrive and leave on time. Do not enter the court until your booking begins.
5. Conduct and Safety
- All players are expected to behave respectfully toward others.
- No loud music, smoking, alcohol, or disruptive behaviour is permitted on or around the courts.
- Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult.
6. Damage and Cleanliness
- Please report any court damage or maintenance issues immediately
- Take all rubbish with you and leave the court clean and tidy.
- The user is responsible for any damage caused during their session.
7. Liability
- Use of the tennis court is at your own risk.
- We are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property.
8. General
- Failure to follow these terms may result in loss of booking privileges.
- Terms and conditions may be updated at any time without notice.
